The Springfield is ready to mount on concrete slab or wood sub floor and can be assembled in approximately 8 days by 3 people. Engineered roof and wind loads provided.
This PREMIUM model is insulated on the interior using metal brackets to mounts 2x4 studs with 3/4" tongue & groove cover boards applied over the studs. INSULATING KIT ADD 10% – includes metal brackets plus 3/4" T&G interior wall cover boards.
