Each Scandinavian barrel sauna kit can be paired with either a wood-fired or electric heater of your choice although the Toule 6kw Heater is included and comes with a wooden water bucket and ladle, sauna rocks, a combination thermometer/hygrometer gauge, interior seating benches and lighting.

OUR SAUNA DESIGN
The Scandinavian barrel sauna is held in place by strudy stainless steel bands and minimal fasterners. This system allows the lumber staves to expand and contract to for a tight seal, and the unit sits on polymer support cradles that loft the sauna's undercarriage, off the ground,. The Scandinavian barrel sauna design is noted for its efficiency, even distribution of heat, and visual appeal. The front sauna porch creates a visually appealing and useful outside sitting area - a place to hold towels or drinks or to seve as a relaxing place to cool offf betwen sauna rounds.
MATERIALS
Proudly made from Scaninavian thermowood. Thermowood is created by heat treating Scaninavian softwood to temperatures ranging from 180 - 230 degrees in special chamber kilns for up to 96 hours, Steam is used to prevnet the wood from splitting and becoming damaged during treatment. The end result is a product that is dimensionally stable, resistant to rot and fungi and anti-microbial. As an added benefit this process also vastly improves its insulating properties. This process makes the perfect material for saunas! The door hinges, heater, fasteners adn bands are made of stainless steel. The sauna comes witha tempered adn tinted full glass door with self-closing hinges.
PERFORMANCE
These
saunas wil heat quickly - to as much as 195 F (90 C) in under an hour.
