Basic models are production models manugfactured with 1-1/8" (28mm) thick walls.
Basic models include single glazed windows & doors, treated floor beams, 3/4" tongue and groove floor boards and are ready to mount on a LEVEL concrete slab, paving stones, deck, or use treated 4x4's to raise the building off the ground.
The Spencer has decorative double wide wood doors with laminated styles & rails, removable wood grills, moftised lock , deadbolt and keys. Once assembled apply the roofing of our choice and you have a functional yet beautiful building which will enhance any garden.
This kit can be assembled by 2 people in 1 day.
