The hightlight of this model are the maintenance free PVC windows with rolling exterior shutters, controlled from the interior. these unique windows offer 24 hour darkenss, improved heating & cooling plus added security. The result is a maintenance free exterior witha n all natural wood interior.
NOTE: exterior wall covering is not inlcuded and must be purchased locally.
This 3 bedroom , 2 bath home has a very open interior with 8'5" side walls and a vaulted ceiling of over 11' in the center. YES we can modify the floor plan and customise to suit your personal needs and wants.
Tip: When using our stud brackets the studs can be mounted 1/2" from the logs creating a space to feed electrical wiring - no drilling required.
The Clarkson can be assembled in 7 days or less with 4 people. The building passes structural requirements for building codes in all of North America.
