The Phoenix is a PREMIUM manufactured home using 70mm (2-3/4") interlocking thick wall logs. At 986 sq ft this tiny home has a unique design that affords your guests with a welcoming reception hall and a compact living envoironment designed for both privacy and entertaining. The covered porch is perfect for relaxing and making the most of a further outside living area.
This PREMIUM model is insulated on the interior using metal brackets to mount 2x4 studs with 3/4" tongue and groove boards applied over the studs. Insulation kit is only 10% of selling price and includes brackets and T&G cover boards.
Tip: Mineral wool insulation is recommended for log construction. It is impervious to moisutre with a higer R-value per inch than fibreglass and is considereed a GREEN building material, environmentally friendly insulation.
