The total footprint is 24' x 40' (960 sq’) The main floor is 24' x 34' plus 6' covered deck and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and loft of 280 sq’ over the bedrooms. The 7/12 roof pitch provides 9' of height in the loft. The front living area has 14' high vaulted/cathedral ceilings. Deck railings are pre-built for easy installation. This model can be built in 10 days or less with 3 people.

House wraps & vapor barriers are required in most regions when
insulating. Vapor barriers are installed on the warm side of walls, IE:
interior of the studs for cold climates and exterior of studs for hot
climates
